Chairman and Managing Director
Girish V. Chapla is promoter of Oasis Group, one of the fastest growing engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services companies. He is the Chairman and Managing Director since the inception.
Girish an entrepreneur, started Oasis Group in 2007 brings in his experience of close to 17 years in the EPC industry and has worked with various large EPCC and EPCM organisations in India; US based consultancy and so on at the beginning of his career. From then on, he moved to establish Oasis Group. Over years, He led the company’s business activities in the upstream, downstream, pipeline, onshore, gas transmission, chemicals, integrated petrochemical and petroleum refining industries. Girish is also serving as group executive for Oasis global business strategy and corporate sales functions.
As CMD, Girish is committed to maintaining Oasis’ commitments in the areas of ethics, compliance and integrity. Girish holds a bachelor's degree in Science and has got certification in various management programs.
Ami D. Shah
Executive Director
Ms. Ami D. Shah is Executive Director at Oasis Group. She is ED since October 2012.
Ami a hardworking and result oriented professional, brings in an industry experience of 15 years in waste water process industry and in contract research. She was associated with one of the largest waste water treatment facilities in India. She worked in contract research industry and was associated with one of the world's largest contract research organisation for more than a decade. She brings on board, her experience of skill management at India and Asia Pac level. Her leadership capabilities, proven track record and strategic bend of mind is an asset.
At Oasis, Ami has been responsible for zonal business development and thereafter she went on to establish a new business segment. Ami is also serving as group Director for Oasis' global business strategy and corporate sales function. Currently she is working on Global Associations and International Business Development. Ms. Ami is a Post Graduate in Environmental Microbiology, a certified PMP (from PMI) and holds a certificate in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
